Public planning ranges

What changes scope

The written proposal defines the exact pages, functionality, content responsibilities, integrations, ownership, price, and third-party costs before work begins.

A controlled delivery path

How the work proceeds

  1. Define the business job

Identify what customers or operators need to do and what problem is preventing it.

  2. Inspect the system

Review the website, search presence, content, accounts, data, providers, and technical dependencies relevant to that job.

  3. Build the smallest complete solution

Repair, integrate, redesign, or build only what the evidence and scope justify.

  4. Verify and document

Test the agreed result, record what changed, explain known limitations, and preserve an understandable handoff.

A usable handoff

The launch should still make sense after the handoff.

01

A complete public site

The agreed pages, responsive layouts, and customer-action paths are built and verified together.

02

Ownership and access

Durable accounts, source, domain responsibilities, and recovery paths are made understandable.

03

Launch verification

Forms, links, major responsive states, basic accessibility, and search foundations are checked.

04

Plain-language handoff

The client receives an understandable record of what exists, what it costs, and what may need attention later.

FAQ

Is the website itself free?

No. Business Website projects start at $850. Eligible hosting costs $0 per month.

Why can hosting be free?

Many static business websites can operate within Cloudflare’s Free plan. Boho builds the website for that infrastructure instead of reselling a conventional hosting subscription.

Does hosting remain free if I leave Boho?

Leaving Boho does not create a hosting charge from us. The website remains in the client’s Cloudflare account. Cloudflare controls its own plans, terms, limits, and future availability.

What websites may not qualify?

Ecommerce, customer accounts, complex scheduling, large databases, high-volume applications, bespoke operational systems, and websites requiring contractual service levels may need paid infrastructure.

Who owns the domain and hosting account?

The client should own the domain, Cloudflare account, recovery methods, and agreed website source. Boho works through authorized access.

Are maintenance and updates also free?

No. Hosting infrastructure and ongoing labor are different things. Content changes, monitoring, maintenance, support, and new development are separate unless included in an active written plan.

Start with the current situation.

Send the website, system, or problem. Boho will recommend the smallest credible next step.
